Operation G uide 5 Main Screen Ref. No. Name and Icon Description 1 Connection View The Connection V iew displays connected printing system icons for that have been discovered through the printer discovery process. A maximum of five printing system icons can be displayed in this view .
Main Screen 6 KM-NET for Clients 2 Information View The Information View describes the status of the printing system in greater detail. Green indicates normal st atus and red i ndicat es that a prob lem ha s occurred. Click the triang u la r ic on circled in red in th e le f t diagram to switch screens.
Operation G uide 7 Main Screen 3 3D View 3D Vi ew can be set up to display a 3D rendering of the selected prin ting system. It displays the status of the printing system in real-time. For example, if the top co ver of the printing system is opened, the top cover of the 3D i mage also opens.
Main Screen 8 KM-NET for Clients 3.2. Settings When operating KM-NET for Client s , you can change settings for polling interval, audible (error ) notification, whether you want to use the 3D virtual printing system to monitor the printing system st atus, etc.

Addresses i n the Address Book ca n be specified for transm ission or restriction of transmission/reception. Y ou can also group individual addresses for batch tra nsmission.

Paste Pastes the copied dat a to the addr ess list. Delete Deletes the ad dr ess or group selected in the address list.

This job is administered, reprinted and d eleted using Job Man ager function. T urning the printing sy stem power off will no t delete stored jobs.
