Lennox G32Q units are CSA International certified to ANSI Z21.47 and CSA 2.3 standards. In the USA, installation of Lennox gas central furnaces must conform with local building codes. In the absence of local codes, units must be installed according to the cur- rent National Fuel Gas Code (ANSI-Z223.
NOTE - G32 senes units must not be used as a construc- tion heater dunng any phase of construction. Very low re. turn air temperatures, harmful vapors and misplacement of the filters will damage the unit and lower its efficiency. The G32Q is an upflow gas furnace.
Bottom Return Air Applications If return air is to terminate through the floor under the fur- nace, a direct, airtight and sealed connection must be made to the bottom of the furnace, 1 - Cut opening in floor or platform. Using knockouts provided, cut bottom of base panel.
