2.2. Disassembly 2.2.1. Prepara tion Attention: Before disass embly, be sure to perform the following steps. 1. End the Windo ws. 2. Turn off the power and then remove the AC Adapto r. 3. Slide the Hooks (A) and then remove the Battery Pack. 4. Remove the Screw (A) and then remov e the DIMM cover.
2.2.3. Remove the HDD Prepa ration : perform the section 2.2.1. 2.2.2. first. 1. Remove the 2 Screws (V). Screw(V):DFH E5025 XA(N1 ) 2. The slide is done in the directio n of the arrow and the HDD Cover is remov ed. Screw (V) HDD Cover 3. Lift up the HDD Unit and remov e the FFC Conne ctor and then remov e the HDD Unit.
4. Remove the 3 Screws (I), 2 Screws (J), 2 Screws (K) and 2 Screws (L) from the Top Case. 2.2.12. Remove the Drive Unit Prepa ration : perfor m the sectio n 2.2.1. to 2.2.3. first. 1. Peel off the Tape from the Conne ctor. 2. Remove the Drive FFC from the Conne ctor (CN501) and remove out the Drive Unit. T ape CN501 Drive FFC Drive unit 2.
2.2.16. Remove the MODEM Prepa ration : perform the section 2.2.1. to 2.2.3. and 2.2.10 . first. 1. Remove the 2 Screws (O). Screw(O):DXQ T2+D2 5FNL( N8) 2. Remove the MODEM to the vertical directio n from Conne ctor (CN8) on the Main Board. Screw (O) Screw (O) CN18 MODEM 2.
2.2.18. Remove the LCD Unit Prepa ration : perfor m the sectio n 2.2.1. to 2.2.3. first. 1. Remove the 2 Screws (M) Screw(M):DXQT26+ D5FNL (N15) 2. Remove the LCD Cable from the Conne ctors (CN10 ) and (CN11) on the Main Board and then remov e the LCD Unit.
2.2.21. Remove the Inverter Board Prepa ration : perform the section 2.2.1. to 2.2.4. and 2.2.17 . to 2.2.19 . first. 1. Remove the LCD Cable from the Inverte r. 2. Peel off the Tape for fixation from Inverte r Case. 3. Remove the Inverter with the Inverte r Case.
3 Reassemb ly instructions 3.1. Attention when CF-W4G series is repaired · Please execut e writing BIOS ID when you exchan ge the Main Board. · Parts (Sheet and rubber ) etc. related various the Condu ctive Cloth and Heat Spread er cannot be recycle d.
