Isolator plates for thermal separation The appliance has two fixed isolator plates which divide the cabinet into three different temperature zones. This enables you to store three different types of wine at the same time, e.g. red wine, white wine and Champagne.

Humidity level A conventional refrigerator with its low humidity level is not the best place to store wine. It is very important to store wine in an atmosphere with a high humidity level (60-70 %) so that the corks remain moist on the outside. Low humidity causes corks to dry out from the outside, and so do not seal the bottles as tightly.

Condensate and frost can build up on the back wall of the appliance whilst it is in use. These are automatically defrosted and removed by the appliance.
