14 4. D ESCRIPTION 4. DESCRIPTION The upper part of a turntable is a rotating disk (Fig. 4.1a) on which the photographed object is arr anged. The disk can rotate in any dir ec tion (both clockwise and counterclockwise). Arr anged on the turntable body ar e the con trol panel (Fig.

OPERATING MODES The turntable has differ ent oper ating modes, namely: «S» mode (Rotation Speed Adjustment Mode) wher e the turntable r otation speed is set by remote control. «М» mode has two ver sions – Manual mode and Slave mode that differ in the method of the turntable rotation contr ol.

37 9. R OTATION SPEED ADJUSTMENT MODE 5. In «S» mode the digits indicate the number of seconds r equired for the turn table to move fr om one fr ame to another; e. g. «8» means that it takes 8 seconds for the turntable to move from one fr ame to the next one.
38 9. R OTATION SPEED ADJUSTMENT MODE The minimal r otation speed is set when the turntable is switched on for the first time. The turntable will maintain the set speed of rotation after it is turned off. IMPORT ANT : In «S» mode the continuous r otation of the turntable should not exceed 10 minutes.
39 10. MANUAL MODE In this mode to cr eate a 3D series the turnta ble with an object on it should rotate after each shot by means of the remote control. The turntable may rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise at your option. The dir ec tion of r otation is pr escribed by pr essing the corr esponding button on the r emote control.
