E NGLISH - 22 Basic Operation Switching the projector on/off J Connecting 1. Make sur e the shape of the power cord and the AC IN connector on the back of the projector match, then push the plug all the way in. 2. Connect the Mains lead to a wall socket.

This is not necessary in Remote control operation. 3. Press the POWER button. The power indica tor lights up in GREEN after flashing for a while.
E NGLISH - 24 Basic Operation Projecting an image 1. Switch on the connected devices. Press the play button of the required device. 2. Press the INPUT SELECT buttons to select the required input method if needed. Se e “Selecting the input signal” on p age 24.
E NGLISH - 25 Basic Operation Remote control operation You can operate th e projector with the Remote control within the re mote rang e 15 m (49 '2"). Q Facing to the projector Ensure the Remote control emitter is facing to the Remote control si gnal receptor on front/back of the projector an d press the required buttons to operate.

Basic Operation Remote control operation E NGLISH - 27 When projectin g an image, press FREEZE to capture the projected imag e and display it on the screen as a still pi cture. Press again to escape. While the im age is frozen, the sound will be stopped.

POSITION menu E NGLISH - 35 Settings Q 16:9 The squeezed signal will be projected in 16:9 ratio. Q S4:3 The input signal will be sized down 75 % and projected.
E NGLISH - 36 Settings OPTION menu When you change the input method, th e guidance appears in the upper right co rner of the screen. The following display methods are availa ble. Press I H to cycle through the options. You can switch the logo on/off th at is displayed when starting up the projector.
OPTION menu E NGLISH - 37 Settings You can check the remaining amount of the ARF (Auto Rolling Filter). The color of th e bar scale is indicating the condition of the ARF .
Settings OPTION menu E NGLISH - 38 If you use the proje ctor at high eleva tion, the HIGHLAND setting need to be ON to set the fan speed high. Press I H to select the required option. OFF The fan speed is low . ON The fan speed is high. If the input signal contain s closed captions, you ca n turn on the feature an d switch the channels.

E NGLISH - 41 Maintenance TEMP, LAMP and ARF Indicators If a problem should occur with the proje ctor, the TEMP , LAMP and/or FILTER indicators will inform you. Ma nage the indicated problems as follow. 1. Confirm the status of all indicators and projector , and switch off the projector in proper way .
