TRACT OR REQUIREMENTS The tractor used to operate the mower must have the power capacity to lift, pull, and operate the Power T ake Off (P T O) at the mower ’s rated speed while traveling at a ground speed betwee n 2 and 5 MPH.

OPERA TION 2.3 T ractor Horsepower The horsepower re quired to operate the mowe r depends on several operating fa ctors including the ve getation to be cut, terrain condition, oper ator experience, cond ition of the mower and tractor , and others.
