1 Chapter 1 . Introduction Description CoolSNAP cf a nd CoolSN AP ES , fr om Photometrics ® , are ideal cameras for digital microscopy a nd many other biologica l applications.
2 CoolSNAP cf /CoolSNAP ES About This Manual The CoolSNAP User Ma nual is divided in to five chapters . It is suggested that you read the entire ma nual before operatin g the camera in order to ens ure proper use.
Chapter 1. Introdu ction 3 Storage Require ments Store the CoolSNAP camera system in its original co ntainers. To protect the system fro m excessive hea t, cold, and moisture, sto re at an a mbient temperature betwee n 0°C and 70°C with a r elative hu midity of 0% -80% noncond ensing.

Again, use only a CoolSNAP cable and a CoolSN AP interface card w ith your CoolSNAP came ra . Using a different cable or interface card may result in permanen t damage to your sy stem.

13 Images Not Displayed Proper ly If the amber LED on the back of the came ra does not illuminate while images are being acquir ed and no image s appear: • Confirm that the green LED on the ba ck of the camera is illuminated, indicating th at the cam era is powered on .

Een belangrijk punt na aankoop van elk apparaat Roper E (of zelfs voordat je het koopt) is om de handleiding te lezen. Dit moeten wij doen vanwege een paar simpele redenen:
Als u nog geen Roper E heb gekocht dan nu is een goed moment om kennis te maken met de basisgegevens van het product. Eerst kijk dan naar de eerste pagina\'s van de handleiding, die je hierboven vindt. Je moet daar de belangrijkste technische gegevens Roper E vinden. Op dit manier kan je controleren of het apparaat aan jouw behoeften voldoet. Op de volgende pagina's van de handleiding Roper E leer je over alle kenmerken van het product en krijg je informatie over de werking. De informatie die je over Roper E krijgt, zal je zeker helpen om een besluit over de aankoop te nemen.
In een situatie waarin je al een beziter van Roper E bent, maar toch heb je de instructies niet gelezen, moet je het doen voor de hierboven beschreven redenen. Je zult dan weten of je goed de alle beschikbare functies heb gebruikt, en of je fouten heb gemaakt die het leven van de Roper E kunnen verkorten.
Maar de belangrijkste taak van de handleiding is om de gebruiker bij het oplossen van problemen te helpen met Roper E . Bijna altijd, zal je daar het vinden Troubleshooting met de meest voorkomende storingen en defecten #MANUAl# samen met de instructies over hun opplosinge. Zelfs als je zelf niet kan om het probleem op te lossen, zal de instructie je de weg wijzen naar verdere andere procedure, bijv. door contact met de klantenservice of het dichtstbijzijnde servicecentrum.
