10 OPERATING YOUR WINE CH ILLER It is recommended you ins tall the Wine Chiller in a place wher e the ambient temperature is between 72-78 degrees Fahre nheit. If the ambie nt temperature is above or belo w recommended temperatures, the performance of the u nit may be affected.
