5 Attaching the stand unit • Before attaching (or detaching) the stand, unplug the AC cor d. • Before performing work, spr ead cushioning over the surface on which you will be laying the TV . This will prevent it fr om being damaged. • Be sure that two or mor e persons attach the stand.
6 Using the remote contr ol unit Inserting the batteries Before using the TV for the first time, insert the two supplied “AAA” size batteries. When the batteries become depleted and the remote contr ol unit fails to operate, replace the batteries with new “AAA” size batteries.
7 TV (front/side view) This panel emits a signal towards the 3D glasses you wear when viewing 3D images. Refer to page 75 for details.
