8 Notes on using your camera [ I ntern al memor y and “Memory Stick Duo” back up Do not turn off the camera or remove the battery pack or “Memory Stic k Duo” while the access lamp is lighted, as the internal memory da ta or “Memory Stick Duo” data may be destroyed.

10 1 Preparing the bat tery pack 1 Insert the battery pack into th e battery ch arger. 2 Connect th e battery charger to the wall outlet (wall socket). The CHARGE lamp lights up, and charging starts. When the CHARGE lamp turns off, charging is finished (Practical charge).
11 2 Inserting the bat tery pack/a “Memory Stick Duo” (not supplied) 1 Open the battery/“Mem ory Stick Duo” cover. 2 Insert the “Memory Stick Duo” (not supplied) all the way in until it cli cks. 3 Insert the battery pack. 4 Close the battery/“Mem ory Stick Duo” cover.
