6 CLEANING INSTR UCTIONS Oven should be cleaned daily to r emove any gr ease or carbon deposits. P oor cleaning habits can be both a f ood and f ire hazard. Mild dish deter gents will remo ve most of the grease on all the surfaces of either ov en. For areas with b uild up that cannot be remov ed with soapy water , use con ventional ov en cleaners.
