6 HAR D W ARE IDENTIFICA TION CHAR T This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the a ssembly process. Pla ce the wa shers or the ends of the bolts or screws on the circles to che ck for the correct di a meter . Use the small scale to check the length of the bolts a nd screws.
Pla ce all parts from the box in a cleared area a nd position them on the floor in front of you. Re move all pa cking materi als from your area a nd pla ce the m ba ck into the box. Do not dispose of the pa cking materi als until a ssembly is completed.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 8 STEP 3 Plug the SENSOR WIRE(35) firmly into the SENSOR CONNECTION WIRE(34). Plug the LOWER CONTROL WIRE(99) firmly into the CONTROL WIRE(98). CAUTION: Be careful not to da mage the SENSOR WIRES(34, 35) and CONTROL WIRES(98, 99) when a ssembling the UPRIGHT(6).
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS Pla ce the front end of the RIGHT PEDAL ARM(5) on the ROLLER(60). Connect the ba ck end of the RIGHT PEDAL ARM(5) to the RIGHT CRAN K(42) by threading the RIGHT PEDAL SHAFT(46) into the RIGHT CRAN K(42) a nd tighten securely . Repe at on the left side.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 10 STEP 7: There is a "L" decal on the LEFT HANDLEBAR(7), a nd a "R" decal on the RIGHT HANDLEBAR(8). T o a ssemble the RIGHT HANDLEBAR(8), pla ce a SP ACER(56) and a LAR GE W ASHER(M16)(57) onto the right side of the SHAFT on the UPRIGHT(6).
