7 ELECTR ONIC CONTROLS The electronic controls of your Sub-Zero Undercounter unit monitors and accurately d isplays temperatures within one degree of your preset temperature. It also monitors oper- ation of the unit and lets you know if there’ s a p roblem.
8 ELECTR ONIC CONTROLS SABBA TH MODE (ST AR-K) A ll Undercounter units feature the Sabbath Mode. This is for certain religious observances where the lights need to be turned off. S abbath Mode will not disable the ice maker . T o initiate Sabbath Mode, while the unit is on, press the UNIT ON / OFF key pad so that OFF is visible in the LCD display .
