2 Introduction ︱ Congratulations on pur chasing T ranscend’s PF7 30 Digital Photo Frame. Now you can easily display your entire photo colle ction at home or at the of fice. The Photo Frame can conv eniently playback videos, photos and music from a variety of sources: USB flash dr ives, memory cards, or the Photo Frame’ s own on-board memory .

6 Setting Up the Photo Frame 1. Attach the Tabletop Stand to the back of the Phot o Frame by screwi ng it clockwise into the Stand Attachment Hole show n above. 2. Once the stand is attached, t he Photo Frame may be positioned vertically or horizontally (Landscape or Portrait orientation) 3.

8 Quick Menu The Quick M enu is a fast and easy way to open the Music Player , the Cale ndar , or the Settings menu w hen not using the discre te shortcut buttons on the rem ote. 1. Press or to displa y the Quick Menu. 2. Use / to select the feature you want t o open and press .

14 Photo Modes ︱ The Photo Frame has three basic modes – T humbnail , Photo View and S lideshow . The Thumbnai l mode lets you browse f or specific photo s, the Photo View mode is for displaying a single picture at a time, and the Slideshow mode w ill automatically display all availabl e photos.
15 Options: A dd t o / Remove from My Favorites ( ) : Copy the currently selected photo in the Thumbnail viewer to the Photo Fra me’s internal memory (w hen the viewin g source is a memory card or USB flash drive).

20 Slideshow Mode This mode starts sl ideshow play back of al l photos in the selec ted source . S lideshow mode w ill play base d on the settings in the Options menu. Options: Background Music : Enable or disable backgro und music whil e viewing photos.
21 • Random in Folder: Display all photos in the curre nt folder randomly. Slidesho w Interval: Adjust the amount of time each pictu re stays on the screen. In the Slideshow Interval submenu, pre ss / or / t o highli ght either: 5 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec, 1 min , 10 min or 30 min.
22 Music Pla yer ︱ ︱ ︱ ︱ The Music Play er shows song information, the date, and the current t ime on the bottom o f the screen whi le displaying a photo or slideshow of your choice. The Music Pla yer can be opened or closed any time by pressing the button on the remote o r by pressing and selecting the Music icon.
23 The Music Play er functions are familiar and eas y - just like any other pla yer: 1. Press to play music and a gain to pause. 2. Press to stop the music. 3. Adjust the music volume by using the Volu me Control or by pressing or on the remote. 4. Press to go back to the prev ious track and to play the next song avail able.
24 A dd t o / Remove from My Favorites ( ): Copy the current highlighted mu sic file from your storage media (M emory card or USB flash d rive) to Photo Frame’s internal memory. To delete songs from the internal memory, change the me dia source to “ My Favorites ” and select Remov e from My Fav orites from the Options menu.
25 Calendar ︱ W ith Calendar f eature, your Photo Frame becomes an attractiv e desktop cal endar and clock tha t l ets you set important da te re minders and display your favorite photos, too. T he Calendar feature displays a mont hly calendar and digital clock at the bottom of the screen while displaying a photo or slideshow of your choice .
26 Important Dates: You can earmark your i mportant dates on the calenda r screen. Follow the steps below to highlight impo rtant dates on the calenda r: 1. Select “Important Da tes” from the Options menu . 2. Four mark types are av ailable and are represente d by different colors: None , Birthday, Party, and Date.
27 Settings ︱ The Settings menu inclu des advanced features that let you adjust the photo frame’s display , set the time/date/alarm clock, change languages, and even conf igure t he photo frame to automaticall y turn on and off at cert ain times of the day .
28 • Contrast: Press / t o make adjustment s to the scree n’s contrast. • Fullscreen: Press or to enable or disable . If disabled, Photo Frame will preserve the original dimensions of th e image on the screen. I f enabled, Photo Frame w ill enlarge the photo to fit the screen, whi le preserving its ori ginal aspect ratio.

30 • Sleep Timer: Press / or / to enable a sleep ti mer to shutdown the Photo Frame after a specified amoun t of time. Availab le options are: 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 / 90 / 120 minutes and Disable . You can also enable the sleep timer by pressing on the remote.

32 Restore Defaults This f unction is available if you want to reset your Photo Frame’ s settings. Note: All settings that have been changed will return to the factory defaults . 1. Select Restore defau lts from the Settings menu . 2. Use the or but tons to hi ghlight “Y es.
