Note: Max size (MB) and Disk ID are properties of the virtual disk that cannot be edited. Max size (MB) in th e size of the RAID virtual disk as d etermined by the s elected RAID Level. Dis k ID lists the IDs of the physic al disks comprising the virtual disk.
Note: The def ault Level is RAID 0. 7. Scroll to S tripe Size and press Enter to select. A menu pops-up, as shown in Figure 6, and lists available stripe sizes for the sel ected RAID level.

Note: The def ault setting for Quick Init is Y es. 13. Scroll to VD Name and the Default nam e is cleared for a new name, as shown in Figure 9. T ype a new name and press Enter to confirm the selection.

Erasing RAID Configurati on Data Note : The RAID controller stores RA ID configuration data on all physical disks that are part of a vi rtual disk. RAID configuration data must be erased on the physical disk before it can be used with another virtual disk.
