Operation 29 Securing the pr ojector Utilizing the passw ord function For security purposes and to help pr event una uthorized us e , the projector includes an option for setting up passw ord security . The passwor d can be set through the Settings menu.
Operation 30 Entering the passw ord r ecall pr ocedure 1. Press and hold on the remote contr ol for 3 seconds. The projector will displa y a coded number on the screen. 2. Write down the number and turn off y our pr ojector . 3. Seek help from the local BenQ serv ice center to decode the number .
