It allows the pr ojector to b e positioned off the c enter of the screen. The lens shift is expressed as a p e rcentage of the projected image height or w i dth.
17 Connecting with video equipment English Co nnecting w ith v i deo equipment Y ou can connect the projec tor to any typ e of video equipm ent, such as a V CR, DVD player , digital tuner , cable or satellite decoder , video game c onsole or digital camera.

22 Using the projector English Us i n g t h e m e n u s The projector is equipped with multilingual On -Screen Display (OSD) menus for making var i ous adjustments and s e ttings. Below is the ov erv i ew of the OSD menu. T o use the OSD menus, please set the OSD m e nu to y our familiar language.
23 Using the projector English U tilizing the password function For security pu r poses and t o help prevent unauthorized use, the projector includes an opt i on for setting up password security . The password can be set through the On-Scr een Display (OSD) menu.
24 Using the projector English Entering the password r ecall procedure 1. Mak e sure the Input P ass w ord page is display ed on screen. P ress and hold PR ESET MODE on the pr ojecto r or MODE on the remote control for 3 sec onds. The projector will display a coded number on the screen.

These can be us e d i f ne ce s s ar y to cha nge the p roj e c t i on angle. Screw the feet in or out as appropriate to aim and le v el the projection angle.

28 Using the projector English Setting the U ser 1/U ser 2 mode There are two user -definable modes if the current avai lable picture modes are not suitable for y our need. Y ou can use one of the pict ur e modes (ex cept the selec t ed U ser mode) as a starting p o int and customize the settings.

35 Using the projector English Hiding the image In order to draw the audience's full attention to the presenter , y ou can use BLANK on the remote control to hide the scr een image. When this function is activated with an audio input connected, the audio can still be heard.
