The C onvenience St apler can st aple between 2 sheets of 64 gsm (18 lb ), and 50 sheets of 80 gsm (20 lb).
Image Quality Co lorQube™ 9301/9302/9 303 Cop y 19 Image Quality This section describes how to enhance the quality of your output and the options av ailable. Options enable you to set the the type of original, adjust the lightness, darkness, contrast and sharpn ess of the image, and also to customize the settings f or color output.
Image Quality ColorQu be™ 9301/9302/930 3 Cop y 20 Image Options Image Options is used to change the ap pear ance of the copy output. The options are: • Lighten / Darken provides manual control to adjust the lightness or darkness of the scanned images.
Image Quality Co lorQube™ 9301/9302/9 303 Cop y 21 C olor Presets Co lo r Pr e s e t s provides options f or enhancing the quality of your color copies. Selecting a color preset option optimises all the image quality f eatures. The options are: • Liv ely increases the depth of color of your cop ie s.
Layout Adjustment ColorQu be™ 9301/9302/930 3 Cop y 22 L ayout Adjustment Using the Layout Adjustment fe a t u r e s y o u can change the ap pear ance of your output image. This includes shifting the image, producing a mirror image, deleting an area f rom any or all of the edges of the original and copying f rom book originals.
Layout Adjustment Co lorQube™ 9301/9302/9 303 Cop y 23 Original Size Original Size allows you to specify automatic size detection of the originals, mixed size originals, or the specific size of the image to be scanned. The options are: • Auto Detect is the def ault setting and enables automatic size sensing.
Layout Adjustment ColorQu be™ 9301/9302/930 3 Cop y 24 Book C o pying CAUTION: Do Not close the document f eeder wh en scanning bound originals. This f eature enables you to specify which page or pages of a book are to be scanned.
Layout Adjustment Co lorQube™ 9301/9302/9 303 Cop y 25 Image Shift Image Shift allows you to move the position of the image on the output page. The options are: • Auto Ce nter automatically centers the scanned image on the output paper.

Output F ormat Co lorQube™ 9301/9302/9 303 Cop y 27 Output F ormat The Output options allow y ou to manipulate the copied images and enhance the appear ance and style of your copy jobs. F or example, you can add cov ers or annotations, cr eate booklets, combine sever al images onto one page and interleav e transparencies.

If enabled, it is select ed by pressing the Services Home button, then the Server F ax option. Server F ax scans yo ur documents and sends them to any type of f ax machine that is connected to a telephone network.

Media can be loaded Long Edge F eed (LEF) or Short Edge F eed (SEF). Y our devic e uses a system of programable settings to manage the tr ays and media.
