9 Panel Controls and Connections @0 Line Out Source Switch (LINE SOURCE: THRU/PRE EQ/POST EQ) This switch is used to select the signal that is deliv ered from the LINE OUT jack. THRU ........... Delivers the signal received via the INPUT jack without alteration.

11 Sound Setting When the pow er is switched ON, all control knobs function as labeled on the panel and described below . All lamps on the display abov e the control knobs and s witches are unlit. Rotate the SOUND TYPE knob to select a sound type, then use the T one Control knobs to shape the sound.
12 Operating Instructions Setting V alue The value “4.0” flashes on the display b ut rotating the knob from the “3 o’clock” position to the “11 o’cloc k” position does not change anything.
13 The BBT500 also f eatures more precise settings for defining the fre- quencies f or each of the T one Control knobs, operating the Compressor and Noise Gate, or setting the Blend Le vel of the eff ect loop , etc. To access these settings, press the [FUNCTION] switch and use the f our Modes described below .
14 Compr essor Mode The Compressor Mode provides settings f or the Compressor , Noise Gate, and Blend Le vel f or the effect loop . To enter the Compressor Mode, press and hold the [FUNCTION] switch until the knob functions are displa yed in the upper ro w of the panel dis- play abo ve the knobs (the ro w abov e that used by the Equalizer Mode).

17 Detailed Parameter Settings ● MIDI Merge Settings If you w ant MIDI signals received b y the BBT500’s MIDI IN jac k transmit- ted without alteration to other MIDI de vices connected to the BBT500’ s MIDI OUT jack, set the MIDI Merge to “on”, if not, set it to “oFF”.
