10 THE CERAMIC HOB Do not use the ap pliance if the ce ramic glass is damaged . If a fau lt or cr ack becomes visible dur ing cooking, disconnect the ap pliance imm ediatel y from the el ectricity supply and contact y ou r local Service Force Centre.

This gives best cook ing res ults a nd al lows room for ris e in yeast m ixtures, York shire puddings , etc.

23 HINTS AND TIPS TO REDUCE HOB SOIL AGE: · Make sure the bottom of the saucepan and the cook ing area are clean and dry befor e cook ing begins. · Ensure sa ucepa ns are large en ough to accomm odate f ood to avoi d boil o vers. · If possible, wipe up spi lls and splatter s as th ey occur, but t ake c are to avoid s team burns.
