66 Cannot Print Replace Ink One or more of t he ink car tridges have reached the end of thei r life. T he machine wi ll stop all print opera tions. While memory i s available, bl ack & white faxes will be stored in th e memory.
Troubleshoot ing 67 B Ink Absorber Full T he ink absorber box or flushing box is full. T hese c omponents are periodi c m aintenance items that may requ ire replac ement a fter a period o f time to ensu re optimu m perform ance from your B rother m achine.
68 Ink low One or m ore of the ink cartridg es are near the end of their li fe. If on e of the color ink car tridges is near the end of its life and someo ne i s sending you a color fax, your machine’s “handshake” will ask that the fax be sent as bl ack & white.
Troubleshoot ing 69 B No Paper Fed T he ma chine is out of paper or paper is not pr operly l oaded in the pap er tray. Do one of the fol lowing: Refill the pa per in th e paper tray, and then p ress Black Start or Co lor St ar t . Remov e the paper and load i t again , and then pr es s B lack St art or Color St art .
70 Out of Memory The machi ne's me mory is f ull. If a cop y opera tion is in proce ss: Press Stop /Exit and wait un til the other oper ations i n progress finish, and then tr y agai n. The memor y card or USB F lash memory drive you are using does not have enoug h free sp ace to s can the document .

Open the scanne r cover and re move any foreign objec ts and pape r scraps from inside the mac hine.
