15 Setti ng Input M ode GETTING STAR TED Setting Input Mode The default setting is [Label View]. Label View Mode The character attributes and frames, et c. that you set are reflected on the LCD screen while creating a label. Th is enables you to easily check what the label will look like.

EDITING A LABEL 20 Setting Character Attribut es ([Font]/[Size]/[Width]/[S tyle]/[Line]/[Align]) • The 6 point font only prints in Helsinki, no other font type. • When [Size] is set to [Auto] and all the te xt is entered in uppercase, the text is automatically adjusted to print in t he largest font size possible for each tape width.
21 Setting Frames EDITING A LABEL Setting Auto Fit Style When [Size] is set to [Auto] and [Lengt h] is set to a specific length, you can reduce the text size to fit within the label length. When [Text Size] is selected, the total text size is modifi ed to fit within the label.

LABEL PRINTING 44 Adjusting the Labe l Length Adjusting the Label Leng th When the tape cassette comes to the e nd, the printed length may be less accurat e. In this case, you can adjust the label len gth. NOTE Approximately 1 % of the total label length will be adjusted by 1 level.
