Notes for the reader Introduction This manual helps you to use the High Capacity Stacker-G1 . The manual contains a description of the product and guidelines to use and operate the High Capacity Stacker-G1 . Definition Attention-Getters Parts of this manual require your special attention.

Part Description 9 Eject tray The eject tray receives the stack from the stack tray. Then the eject tray moves horizontally out of the stacker. When the eject tray is outside the stacker, you can re- move the stack. In the meantime, the filling of the stack tray can continue.

Chapter 3 Basic instructions.
Turn the stacker on The power switch is optional. If the switch is missing, the high capacity stacker is turned on automatically when the printer is turned on. CAUTION Never plug in the power plug while your hands are wet. Doing so creates the risk of electric shock.

Change the default stacker settings Introduction In the Settings Editor on the PRISMAsync controller, a key operator can define a number of default stacker settings ([Preferences] -> [Print job defaults] - [Stacker]). These settings are described below.
Setting Description [Maximum stack height] See the section 'Set the maximum stack height'. Procedure 1. Access the Settings Editor on the PRISMAsync controller. 2. Click [Preferences] - [Print job defaults]. 3. Scroll down to the [Stacker] section.
Set the maximum stack height Introduction The maximum stack height is 355 mm (14") or 3,000 sheets A4/LTR (80 g/m² / 20 lb bond). However, to guarantee a safe ejection of the stack, the factory default is set to 302 mm (11.9"). Depending on your needs, you can set the maximum stack height to a higher or lower value.
Set the minimum filling level Introduction NOTE The [Minimum filling level] setting is only applied when, on the printer control panel, the [Next output tray] setting is set to [When tray is full] (under [System] -> [Setup] -> [Workflow profile] -> [Output]).

Chapter 6 Options.
Use the EasyLift to unload the stacker Introduction The optional EasyLift is a manual device that helps you to remove a stack of paper more easily. NOTE The EasyLift is delivered with a user guide. Refer to the EasyLift user guide for more information.

Als u nog geen Canon G1 heb gekocht dan nu is een goed moment om kennis te maken met de basisgegevens van het product. Eerst kijk dan naar de eerste pagina\'s van de handleiding, die je hierboven vindt. Je moet daar de belangrijkste technische gegevens Canon G1 vinden. Op dit manier kan je controleren of het apparaat aan jouw behoeften voldoet. Op de volgende pagina's van de handleiding Canon G1 leer je over alle kenmerken van het product en krijg je informatie over de werking. De informatie die je over Canon G1 krijgt, zal je zeker helpen om een besluit over de aankoop te nemen.
In een situatie waarin je al een beziter van Canon G1 bent, maar toch heb je de instructies niet gelezen, moet je het doen voor de hierboven beschreven redenen. Je zult dan weten of je goed de alle beschikbare functies heb gebruikt, en of je fouten heb gemaakt die het leven van de Canon G1 kunnen verkorten.
