23 EN Oven Use (Continued) 1. Conventional Suggested temperature: 200 °C The conventional function is ideal for baking and roasting foods arranged on one rack. Both the top and bottom heating elements operate to maintain the oven temperature. We recommend to preheat the oven in conventional mode.
