REPLACING THE LINE • Push and hold the engine stop switch in the stop/off position until the unit has fully stopped. • Disconnect the spark plug lead wire. • Remove the spool by firmly pulling on the tap button. • Clean entire surface of hub and spool.
ADJUSTING PROCEDURE Idle Speed Allow engine to idle. Adjust speed until engine runs without stalling. • Turn clockwise to increase engine speed if engine stalls or dies. • Turn counterclockwise to decrease speed. No further adjustments are necessary if performance is satisfactory.
