You choose the length of the logging interval. S ee "Us ing Memory. " The thermom eter stores logged readin gs at the en d of each loggin g interval.

The currently selected t hermoc ouple blink s. 3. Press K or N until the thermoc ouple yo u want appears on th e display .
53 & 54 Ser ies II Users M anual 12 Enabling or Disabling Sleep Mode The thermom eter enters sleep m ode if no button pr ess occurs for 20 minutes. Pressing any button wakes the therm ometer and ret urns it to its previ ous state. 1. Press K or N until the displ ay show s SLP .

53 & 54 Ser ies II Using Memory 17 Clearing Memo ry When memory is full, FULL appears on the display and logging sto ps. You can c lear memory in normal or MI N MAX mode. • Press G , J (CLEAR MEMORY) to delete logged readi ngs from m emory. The display shows the follow ing for 2 s econds.
