(You can chang e these things later.) Three key things h appen during setup: You set up your S urface Pen fo r use with Surfa ce Pro 3.

With over 2 50 levels of pressure s ensitivity and Pal m Block technology, this pen h as the heft and feel of a hig h-qu ality traditional pen. The tip works as a capa citive pen, and has Bluetooth t echnology built in to suppor t OneNote and other fe atures.

© 2014 Microso ft Page 29 When you fold T ype Cover back b ehind the touchscreen , the k eyboard is disabled so you won’t accidently type a nything . Fold back the Cover You can fold back your Type Cover to create a stand. When the Cover i s folded back, you can use the on- screen keyboard to type.

You can adjust the bright ness of the keys and t urn backlighting on o r off. To do this Press this Increase the brightn ess of the keys Tap the F2 key repeatedly.
