Convenient functions 12 4.1 About the Function mode The functions described below need to be set in “Function mode” . After selecting that mode, you can use the HP -1’ s keys (on the k eyboard) to mak e the desired settings.

This special tuning method for pianos is called “Stretch T uning.
Convenient functions 16 4.7 Changing the damper pedal’ s resonance On an acoustic piano , depressing the damper pedal mak es the notes y ou play r esonate with other strings, adding rich reverberations and fatness to the sound.
