To scroll between both menu’s press the [ESC] key. Once you are in the selected menu you can scroll wit h the up/down [] / [] keys between the ot her modes.

When the daily alarm is on, the watch will beep for 30s at the alar m time every day. When the weekly a larm is on, the watch will b eep for 30s at t he alarm time on t he set day.
