5 CLP-810S The Control Panel Soft pedal 1 [POWER] Switch Press the [POWER] switch once to turn the power ON, a second time to turn the power OFF . When the power is turned ON, the POWER indicator (located to the left of the keyboard) will light.

The soft pedal reduces the volume and slightly changes the timbre of notes played while the pedal is pressed. The soft pedal will not af fect notes which are already playing when it is pressed.

X Press any key between F # 2 and F # 3 according to the desired amount of transposition.* C Release the A-1 and C # 0 keys. 11 CLP-810S T uning T uning makes it possible to adjust the pitch of the Clavinova over a 427.0 Hz … 453.0 Hz (corresponding to the A3 note’s Hz) range in approximately 0.2 Hertz intervals. Pitch control is useful for tuning the Clavinova to match other instruments or recorded music.

No Sound When the Power is T urned ON Is the AC plug properly connected to the Clavinova and an AC wall outlet? Check the AC connection carefully .
