5 5. The screen “No Wirel ess USB Adapter Detected. ” will appear if the computer does not find any w ireless USB adapter . Please insert or re-insert your ZEW2505 into the USB port of y our comput er . Click Next to continue the i nstallation. 6.
6 7. Click “Fi nish” to complete the installation. You will see a tray icon appear in your system tray at the bottom of the screen after the ZEW2505 software and hard ware installati on completed successfull y.

8 3.2.1 Add/Edit Profile 1. Click New to creat e a new profil e. 2. If the Infr astructur e mode is sel ected, create a pr ofile name to the confi gur ation profil e and click Next .
9 4. Select one encrypt ion method 5. T ake Infr astructur e mode for examp le: select Authen ticati on Mode/WP A -PSK, Encryption Method/ TKIP , and enter the P assphr ase th en click Next .
10 7. On the “Pr ofile Management” page, y ou can fi nd all Network Information of t he configur ed profile displa yed on t he left. NOTE: 1. A SSID is the public name of a wireless ne twork. Only the same SSID can communicate with ea ch other on a WLAN.
11 3.3 Site Survey You will find information of all wireless netwo rks surround you under Site S urvey tab Refresh: cli ck Refresh to update the wi reless infor mation Connect: highlight an d select the W ireless SSID, the wi reless netw ork that you want to join.
