14 THE GRILL PAN AND HANDLE The grill pan has a rem ovab le hand le. To insert the handl e, press th e button on the ha ndle with the thumb and pivot slight ly upwards insertin g the lip into the widest par t of the brack et. Move the handle towar ds the left, l ower int o pos ition a nd release the but ton.

As a general rule, bread f or toasti ng sho uld be placed on the grid i n the ‘ high’ positio n in th e gril l pan.
