EN-38 T o optically brighten or darken projected images (IRIS): IRIS is a function that controls the lamp light by opening or closing the iris to optically adjust the contrast. This projector is equipped with IRIS which automatically controls the iris accor ding to the images to be projected.

EN-41 Password function This projector is equipped with the passwor d function that is designed for prevention of theft and wr ong operation by children and r estriction on operation by other than specified users. The password function has two modes as follows.
EN-42 This projector is equipped with a lamp to pr oject images. This lamp is a consumable. It may bur n out or its brightness may decrease during use. In such cases, r eplace the lamp with a new one as soon as possible. Be sure to r eplace the lamp with a new lamp sold separately that is exclusive to this projector .
EN-43 Replacing the lamp (continued) T o replace the lamp: A) When the projector is placed on the table Make sure that the pr ojector is securely held in place. 1. Remove the cover (a) of the screw fixing the lamp cover with a fingernail. If it is difficult to remove it with a fingernail, use a finetipped tool such as flathead screwdriver .
EN-44 Replacing the lamp (continued) 4. Insert two lugs of the lamp replacement attachment into the slits (h) in the projector and fix the thr ee taping portions (g) with the tape included in the lamp replacement attachment. (h) (g) 5. Pull out the lamp unit (f) in the bag by the handle (e).
