W e recommend that you protect flooring, or anything else the parts may contact, with newspaper or cloth.
STEP 1 – Foot T ube Assembly a) Align the Rear Foot T ube with Lev eler s with the rear of the Main Frame Assembly . Make sure the square holes in the Rear Foot T ube are on the outside. Inser t Carriage Bolts from f astener pack thr ough the Rear Foot T ube with Levelers and Main Frame Assembly .
STEP 3 – Handlebar Assembly Lift the Handlebar Clamp on the top of the Computer T ube. P osition the Handlebar Assembly in the “U” and close the Clamp. Place the Computer T ube Cover o ver the closed Clamp and Handlebar . Insert the T -Knob and Long Sleeve and r otate it clockwise to secure the Handlebar .
STEP 7 – Foot Pedal Assembly The Foot Pedals and the Foot P edal Cranks are ma rk ed “L ” and “R”. Using the Wrench pr ovided, attach the Left Foot Pe dal to the Left Crank rotating the Wrench counter -clockwise . Do not tr y to turn clockwise.

13 Buttons and Definitions ENTER: This button allows users to set the Progr am and Time on Pro gr ams 1-10 and Time and Age on Progr ams 11-12. START: This button allo ws the user to ST OP or ST ART exercising. (By holding this button f or two seconds the user can reset all v alues to “0”).
