3. Assemble the Bench Align the two drilled holes in the crossbeam (3) with the mating holes in the right side frame (1). Secure the crossbeam to the frame using two screws (15), washers (17) and lock nuts (16). Tighten the nuts securely . Secure the support to the frame using two screws (28), washers (34) and lock nuts (32). Tighten the nuts securely . Align the two drilled holes in the crossbeam (3) with the mating holes in the right side frame (1).
■ Remove the packing materials , foam inserts, and ALL parts from each shipping carton. Keep the contents of each carton in a separate area to facilitate assembly . T o ensure personal safety during assembly , place all packing materials outside the assembly area.
