13 WARNING – Accessibl e parts b ecome hot when the grill is in use. Keep children away. USES OF THE GRILL The grill is situate d in the T op oven c ompar tment. The grill is a dua l circu it grill which m eans that the f ull area of the grill or the c entre sect ion onl y can be used.
14 THE GRILL PAN AND HANDLE The grill pan has a rem ovable hand le. To insert the handl e, press the b utton on the handle with the thumb and pivot slightl y upwards insert ing the lip into the widest par t of the bracket. Mo ve the handle towar ds the left, lo wer into pos ition and release the but ton.
15 · The grill pan gri d is re versibl e. This is useful if you want to cook foods of var ying thick nesses . As a general rule, bread for toasting sho uld be placed on the grid in th e ‘high’ positio n in the gr ill pan. Foods such as chic ken piec es or chops may be grille d using the grilli ng grid in the low position.

17 USES OF THE TOP OV EN The Top oven is the sm aller of the two ove ns. The Top oven is a con ventional oven, i. e. without a fan. It is conven ient where sm aller quant ities or conveni ence foods are being cook ed.
18 HINTS AND TIPS · Use the Top o ven when you want t o warm plates. Use a sett ing of 80°C – 100°C o n the oven temper ature contro l. · For the bes t results use one sh elf in the Top oven. For the bes t results food sho uld be plac ed in the cen tre of the oven.

21 TO FIT THE FAN OVEN SHELVES The shelves should be fitted with t he straigh t rods upperm ost on the f rame and the f orm s towards the back of the oven.
